Second Breath LLC provides professional CPR, AED, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS) training to equip public service workers, students, parents, and healthcare providers with essential life-saving skills. Our courses follow American Red Cross guidelines and are designed to instill confidence and competence in responding quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
Our mission is to teach the highest standards of CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS, while exceeding participants’ expectations by delivering hands-on instruction that empowers individuals to save lives—whether caring for infants, children, or adults. Our vision is to become a recognized leader in life-saving training across the State of Virginia.
