2. Terms of Use
Service Eligibility
Minors under the age of 18 may enroll in training with documented consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Training Booking & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least two (2) days before the scheduled training session. Cancellations must also be submitted at least two (2) days before the scheduled training session.
No refunds will be issued. However, participants may have an opportunity to reschedule or attend a makeup session based on the options described below and course availability.
Instructor Trainer Courses
If a participant misses a scheduled Instructor Trainer course, the participant will have one (1) opportunity to attend the next scheduled Train the Trainer course.
If the participant does not attend the available makeup session, the registration will expire, and the course fee will be forfeited.
All Other Courses
For all other courses offered by Second Breath LLC, including CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, and Babysitting Training, participants will have up to two (2) opportunities to reschedule or complete a makeup session, subject to course availability.
All missed courses must be completed within 60 days of the original scheduled course date. After 60 days, the registration will expire, the course fee will be forfeited, and a new payment will be required to attend a future course.
Course Completion and Refund Policy
Second Breath LLC follows American Red Cross guidelines. Refunds will not be provided for unsuccessful course completion, failure to meet course competency requirements, or failure to complete required course activities.
3. Payment Processing and Security
Payments are securely processed using PayPal, a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard-compliant payment gateway. Second Breath LLC does not store, process, or access credit card or payment information on our servers.
All payment details are encrypted and handled directly by PayPal. For additional information, please review PayPal’s privacy, security, and compliance documentation.
PCI DSS Compliance
- PayPal is a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
- Second Breath LLC does not store cardholder data.
- All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.
4. Privacy and Data Collection
Second Breath LLC only collects information voluntarily provided by users during registration, scheduling, payment, or communication.
We do not collect or store medical information through our website. Information collected by Second Breath LLC is used solely to provide training services, process registrations, respond to inquiries, and communicate with participants.
Second Breath LLC does not sell, trade, or rent personal information.
5. Third-Party Services
Second Breath LLC uses PayPal for secure payment processing. Information submitted through PayPal is subject to PayPal’s applicable privacy, security, and terms-of-use policies.
Second Breath LLC does not use additional third-party services for scheduling, communication, or training delivery unless otherwise disclosed at the time the service is provided.

Second Breath LLC does not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics tools unless otherwise disclosed in this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Second Breath LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from website use, missed training sessions, payment issues caused by third-party payment providers, user scheduling errors, or a participant’s failure to satisfy course requirements.
By registering for a course, submitting payment, or using our website and services, users acknowledge and agree to the policies, requirements, and limitations stated in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
8. Changes to This Policy
Second Breath LLC reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at any time.
Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
